How long can I download a finished video?

Download your finished video immediately and keep your own copy. Its 48-hour storage period starts during editing, so you may have less time left when it is ready. Deleted files cannot be recovered. Your unused video minutes never expire.

How long do you keep my original upload?

Original uploads are permanently deleted 48 hours after upload completion. Deletion waits for active editing to finish. Keep your own copy: after it expires, you must upload it again to start another edit or finish a pending review. Archiving does not extend file storage.

What counts as a video minute?

We use the length of the original video you upload, rounded up to the next minute. A 32 minute, 10 second video uses 33 minutes.

What if I edit the same video again?

Starting a new attempt to check or edit the same video uses video minutes again. Approving cuts from its existing review does not charge again. If an attempt fails or is canceled, its minutes are returned.

Do my minutes expire?

No. Use them next week, next month, or whenever your next video is ready.

What if a video cannot be completed?

If an attempt fails or is canceled, its video minutes are returned to your balance.

Is my video private?

Your video and results are private, not publicly shared. Strike Striker and its service providers process your video to provide the service.
